The site's own published Track Record page is a candid example of this: it reports a live win rate in the neighborhood of 40%, a book that is roughly break-even net of the reward-to-risk it takes, and a sample size its own methodology labels INSUFFICIENT_EVIDENCE against the number of independent monthly clusters required for statistical significance. That is disclosed on the page itself, not hidden — treat it as a further reason not to rely on any single output on this site as financial guidance, rather than as a promise of accuracy elsewhere on the site.

Alpha Desk aggregates and re-derives publicly available market data — via providers including Finnhub, Yahoo Finance / yfinance, and SEC EDGAR — into quantitative scores, risk models, and narrative summaries. All figures on this site, including prices, forensic scores, and forecasts, are algorithmically generated and may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or simply incorrect.
Where an underlying model does not apply to a given company — for example the site's own Altman Z and Beneish M applicability gates, which withhold a score rather than force it onto a company outside the population the model was fitted on — the relevant field is shown as unavailable rather than estimated. A withheld field is a disclosure of a limitation, not a substitute for your own verification. Independently confirm any data point before relying on it.
Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, up to and including the loss of your entire principal. Past performance — including any win rate, expectancy, or R-multiple published on the Track Record page — is not indicative of future results. Except for the limited right to view the site's public pages in your browser for personal, non-commercial use, no license is granted to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the platform, its underlying models, or its output, without the creator's prior written consent. Ticker symbols, company names, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners.
Alpha Desk is presently free to access and processes no payments. This section is a forward-looking commitment only: no payment flow exists today, and nothing here is an offer to sell any paid plan.

Once paid plans exist, material changes affecting paid users will additionally be notified directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the site, superseding any prior agreements on the subject. The operator's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
